BSON Labs, CNPJ 37.024.611/0001-80, based in Quatro Barras, Paraná, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this website under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

Data you provide: name, email, optional phone and message in the contact form, plus what you send us by WhatsApp or email.

Browsing data (only with your consent): pages viewed, time on page, device type, browser, language and approximate location (city/country), collected in aggregate by Google Analytics 4.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how the site is used and improve it, and Google Search Console to monitor indexing and search performance. Google Analytics only loads after you accept analytics cookies and uses Google Consent Mode: until you accept, no analytics cookie is written and no identifier is sent.

We do not use Google Ads, remarketing or advertising signals, and we anonymize IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google servers outside Brazil with the safeguards required by LGPD (art. 33 et seq.). You can change your mind at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

When you build a quote we collect the project details you fill in (type of solution, scope, scale, resources, investment range and timeline) and email them to our projects team for estimation; you receive a confirmation email. We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect forms against spam and abuse; it may collect browsing and device data processed by Google under Google’s policy, based on our legitimate security interest. The quote draft stays only in your browser session and is deleted when you send it or close the tab.

We use this data to answer your request, prepare proposals and keep in touch about your project (consent and pre-contractual procedures) and, if you consent, to measure and improve site performance (consent — art. 7, I, LGPD).

Form messages are delivered by an email delivery provider (Resend) acting as a processor. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

We keep data for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, applying technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access.
